You can place orders through our website or by phone @ 877-887-7948. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will include the Fedex tracking number for your package.

Turtlesandtees.com accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our warehouse.

We currently offer three shipping methods:
If you need overnight shipping, please call Customer Service at 877-887-7948 Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm EST and you will receive a quote for same day rate. Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing for orders placed before 5:00pm.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes
- International shipping
- Saturday delivery
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico cannot be sent using UPS Ground service. During check-out you must choose from our UPS Air services.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our warehouse.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date (retail orders only). Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect Item from www.turtlesandtees.com, please report the items within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
Missing packages must be reported within 14 days from the stated delivery date, as indicated by UPS.com, in order to investigate and replace your order.
We will only accept returns for apparel items that have not been worn, altered or washed. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. **Please allow 30 days for return/exchanges to be processed** Upon receipt of returned goods, Turtles ad Tees reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # BEFORE BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Please contact customer service at email@example.com to obtain an RMA#. RMA#'s are valid for 30 days from date of issue. If items are not received within 30 days from date of issue no credit will be given and exchanges will be cancelled.
If you need your exchange in a hurry, feel free to contact us at 877-887-7948 and we will do our best to get your new products out to you expeditiously! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way out (shipping is on us, of course) and you'll be credited as soon as we receive your return. Please allow 30 days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item, when an original invoice or order confirmation from www.turtlesandtees.com is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.
